You don't need an account to browse or place items in your cart. When you are ready to place your order, please create an account, which will ease your checkout and make returns visits a breeze.
When you are ready to checkout any selections you make are transfered to your secure shopping cart.
To place your order select any items in our catalog by selecting Add To Cart.
As you add items to your Shopping Cart you will see them listed in the top right of your screen.
At any time you may enter the shopping cart and change the quantities of an item or remove an item.
Minimum Order: $5.00. For Orders Less than $5.00 there is a $4.00 Low Order Fee.
Finalize Your Order
Once you have completed your selections enter the Shopping Cart and select Checkout.
If you have not logged into your account, you will be requested to login.
Even if you have not logged in before you may create a customer account and continue to finalize your purchase.
Creating a customer account allows us to save information that makes your ordering process easier.
Each time you place an new order, just login and you will not need to re-enter your information again.
We do not save your credit card information to ensure your privacy.
Step 1. Verify your Delivery Information and add any comments you would like us to see with your order. You can make any changes as needed.
Step 2. Select your Payment Information.
3 Payment Options
- Credit Card - Enter your credit card information. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover online. American Express is accepted only in our store or by phone.
- Paypal - Once you select Confirm Order on the Confirmation page you will be brought to the Paypal website to make your payment.
If you do not have a Paypal Account you may create one then. To learn more about Paypal go to www.paypal.com.
- Check or Money Order - Once you Confirm your Order we will wait for your payment before shipping. Mailing information is shown during your checkout.
Step 3. Confirm your Order. Your order will then be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Most orders are processed the same day.
Your order goes through 3 steps:
Step 1. Pending - This tells you the order is in the system and is waiting to be processed.
Step 2. Processing - We are processing your order.
Step 3. Shipped - We have shipped your order and you may now track the order via UPS.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Customers will be notified of any pricing errors on our website during order processing.
We collect basic information that allows us to bill and ship your order. This saves you time when completing your order and future purchases.

We use UPS for our ground shipping and USPS for 1 and 2 day shipments. USPS allow us to give you the best rates for smaller packages.
Most orders arrive in 1 to 5 days from when they are shipped depending on your distance from New Hampshire. For shipments within New England UPS Ground is 1 day.
There are no Handling Fees.
Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. Your zipcode is used to calculate the actual shipping costs using UPS or USPS Rate Charts.
Your actual shipping costs are shown in your Shopping Cart as you shop and during Checkout.
Please use Commercial Shipping Only when shipping to a business location. A business in a home may not be a Commercial location. Orders placed for Commercial Shipping that are delivered to residences may incur additional charges after the order is delivered.
If you select Commercial Shipping and UPS determines you are a Residence there will be a $2.00
service fee plus the additional Residential shipping charges.
You do not need to have an account to estimate shipping rates. Enter your zipcode in the Shopping Cart
and you will see accurate shipping costs for the items in your cart.
When to Use Custom Shipping
- Custom Shipping is for customers who are unable to receive UPS Ground or USPS Shipments. Contact Us to
find the best shipping method to you. UPS Ground delivers to the Continental US (48 States).
- Breeder and Wholesale Orders should use Custom Shipping.
- Store Pickup in New Hampshire.
How to Use Custom Shipping
- Place your order and make payment.
- Shipping Charges will be applied separately once shipping costs are determined.

Bird Supply of New Hampshire, LLC wants your complete satisfaction with your purchases.
We will accept items returned within 7 days and award a full refund of the product cost minus a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
Food Items must be returned unopened for a credit unless there is a problem with the product.
The delivery shipping will only be refunded if there was an error on your order or due to a faulty product.
We will pay the return shipping costs if an item is being returned due to our error or a faulty product and
we will pay the shipping back to you in this case if you want an item in exchange.
If you are missing an item or received the wrong item, please let us know.
Please contact us before returning any merchandise using our Contact Form or Call Tollfree 888-319-0136. We will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number.
